Return and Refund Policy

At Global Prime & Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached where applicable.

Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, washing, stains, odors, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear
Socks
Personal care items
Final sale items
Gift cards
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process

Please include your order number, full name, email address used at checkout, and the reason for your return request.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send any items back before receiving return authorization from our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or payment account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received.

For size exchanges, please contact our support team. Availability may vary depending on stock.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
